This is a moonlighter position, must be available to work at least 32 + hours a week. Ideal candidates will have an open availablity.

(32 hour availability does not mean you will work 32 hours a week)



Experience in Windows-based computer programs with excellent navigational skills is preferred

At least 6 months of customer service experience is preferred

Must be motivated with strong work ethic

Excellent communication and customer service skills

This is a work from home (WFH) position, when you telecommute from home you must have:

High-speed internet – Download and upload of 2MB or higher and ping speed below 70ms

Processor – 1 GHz Intel Pentium P4 processor or better

Memory – minimum of 2 GB of RAM Memory

You must be able to download software, a VOIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) phone system will be used, a landline or cell phone is NOT needed for this position.

Broadband or High Speed Internet is required. (must be hardwired). Cricket, Air card, satellite or other non-wired ISP connections are not allowed

Operating System – Windows 7, Windows 8 or Windows 10

Browser – Internet Explorer or Chrome 

5GB hard disc space available or greater

Network card

Anti-virus software (AVG – free recommended version / * Avas, Comodo, McAfee, Microsoft Security Essentials II and Kaspersky are not compatible.)

USB Headset with noise-cancelling – a headset that plugs into your computer for use during calls. Your computer needs to be physically connected to the modem by a cable.
