We need your help to:

  • Diligently make people’s day better — by replying user enquiries related to our systems, application, methods of payment, and design-related topics on Zendesk.
  • Clarify user questions through online chat requests on Zopim.
  • Answer and call users using Skype to resolve their issues.
  • Prepare invoices and receipts that are appropriate to our users’ requests.
  • Contribute towards the improvement of Piktochart’s support system through side projects such as revamping the FAQ section, drafting articles for our automated knowledge base, and so on (to ultimately save the day)!

Your superpowers include:

  • Clear and efficient communication and service skills, including an out-of-this-world level of friendliness, politeness, patience, and professionalism. You can do whatever it takes to make people happy!
  • Being able to excel at work without supervision or micro-management.
  • Past work experience in a customer service role. This would be a bonus for us — we would value for friendliness and passion to delight others first.
  • Lots of empathy and passion for customer service
  • A remote role for someone based in US. Flexibility to work from 10pm – 6am or 2am – 10am (GMT+8:00).
